Getting help

A command does not work

Check the spelling and use tab completion. Type placeholders without brackets: /home base, not /home <base>. A command may be restricted by your rank, the current world, an activity you joined, or a cooldown. Read the full chat response before retrying.

For custom systems, the feature's own help is useful: /whips help, /drugs help, and /ah help. Help may only show actions you can access.

A menu will not open

Close your current screen and interact again with your main hand. Java dialogs and Bedrock forms may differ. If travel fails, stand still, dismount, and check that the destination has a clear landing space.

After a purchase, check your inventory and balance before clicking again. Auction deliveries and refunds can wait in your mailbox; returned tag items can wait until you have space.

Report a problem clearly

Use /modreq <message> to submit an in-game help request when available, or use Discord. Stand at the relevant location when filing a location-specific request. Follow /modreq and its help output to view your requests and replies. Include:

• What you tried, the command or item, and the exact message.
• Your Java/Bedrock edition and Minecraft version.
• The world, coordinates, and approximate time.
• A screenshot when it helps explain the problem.

For missing items, give the item name and the steps immediately before it disappeared. For a suspected rule violation, avoid moving or rebuilding the affected area until staff can inspect it. Do not post account passwords or private login codes.
