Auction deliveries and refunds

Open your mailbox

Use /ah mail. Auction mail holds deliveries associated with the market, including items and refunds. It is separate from private chat messages and any ordinary server mail command.

Read each entry and collect it through the mailbox screen. Clear enough inventory space for item deliveries before collecting large stacks. Money entries and item entries are different kinds of delivery.

When to check

Look in the mailbox after a purchase, after an auction finishes, when you are outbid, and after a listing is cancelled or expires. Not every result appears directly in your inventory or as an immediately visible balance change.

Something seems missing

First confirm the auction's state: a live bid is not yet a won item. Check your inventory and balance as well as the mailbox. Close and reopen the screen if it is showing old information.

Avoid repeating purchases while investigating. If an entry will not collect, record its details, the listing ID, and the exact message. Include these in a support report so staff can distinguish a pending auction from a delivery problem.
