Weekly Feature Update

Lumistones

  • The management menu now groups Private, Public, and Global access under Visibility. Global access lets everyone travel to a stone without discovering it first.
  • Moving a stone keeps its settings alongside its name and discoveries. Existing global stones keep their global access without paying again.
  • Warp scrolls let you travel to lumistones without having to place one down. Craft one with four pieces of paper around an ender pearl; they are one-time use.

Custom music discs

Custom discs have a lot more to play with! Use /disc burn <url> while holding a disc, and put it in a jukebox. Both Plasmo and Simple Voice Chat can receive the audio.

  • Burn music from YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or your own Jellyfin library. Goat horns can hold custom audio too.
  • Put a chest or shulker box on a jukebox to build a disc queue. /disc playlist <playlisturl> can burn a playlist into a chest of discs
  • Optional AutoMix matches beats and tempos for smoother transitions between songs.
  • Craft a Handheld Jukebox for an 18-disc queue that plays around you as you move.
  • Link lights to different frequency bands so they react to the music. Add visualizers, and move or hide the playback and queue holograms.
  • Item-frame screens can play linked video, with Jellyfin subtitles and an optional Fabric screen companion for full-color video.
  • Mining and replacing a jukebox preserves its playback settings, effects, displays, and valid links. Queues can also resume after their chunk unloads during the same server session.

Other

BottledExp is now available! Store your vanilla XP in experience bottles for later use or trading with /bottle get <amount>. See the bottling XP guide for commands and details.

Use /hdb to browse decorative heads for your builds! Search with /hdb search <query>

The website now has a player handbook with guides for everything you need to know. The guides are also available through the in-game handbook, you can also search with /guide {/* pagebreak */}

Nether is open!

The Nether is now open. Have fun! The End will open exactly one week later, on October 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

Vehicles

  • Car turning has been fine-tuned so you no longer turn 90 degrees in two seconds at full speed.
  • Fuel is now for sale at the dealership. A gas station may follow later.

Lumistones

  • You can now see who has discovered your Lumistone.
  • You can pick up and place a Lumistone while keeping its data, so other players do not have to rediscover it.

Other

  • Tick speed increases while players sleep, allowing crops to grow faster while the night is skipped.
  • Placing shelves in front of chests shows their contents. You can still open a chest by clicking the shelf, even if it covers the entire chest.

New features will roll out in batches over the next few months, alongside polish and some long-needed changes.

Vehicles

The first vehicles are available at /warp dealership:

  • Car
  • Plane
  • Drill

More vehicles will follow as their models are updated. The aim is to offer a better experience than the older, less-maintained vehicles plugin.

Tree chopping

Trees now fall as a single piece while holding their shape. This feature may also be published on Modrinth as a standalone plugin for other servers.

Lumistones

  • The travel interface now shows each Lumistone's owner, helping you recognize destinations even after they are renamed.
  • You can change the icon a Lumistone uses in the travel interface to make destinations easier to tell apart.

Fancy Crate

Fancy Crate is now working! You can get Fancy Crates from Common or Rare Crates, or buy them from the store.

  • Fancy Crates contain preset custom ranks and suffixes.
  • Tags from crates can be given to other players if you receive a rank or suffix you do not want.
  • /warp chat has been removed in favor of Fancy Crate.
  • Applying a new tag returns your old tag, so you can give it away or sell it through the Auction House.

Auction House

The Auction House has a cleaner interface with proper buttons and visible text, replacing the chest interface that required hovering to read button labels. Similar interface improvements are planned for other menus.

Adjustment to Jobs

You can now join multiple jobs, depending on your rank:

  • Bee through Axolotl: 1 job.
  • Mooshroom through Allay: 2 jobs.
  • Sniffer and paid ranks: 3 jobs.

Lumistones

Introducing waystones in vanilla Minecraft, designed to stay as close to the original mod as possible!

Lumistones act as an alternative to keeping more than two personal homes and let you share teleportation points with other players. They also generate randomly in villages and other structures, so you can find and activate them without crafting them, just like in the mod.

Anti-speedrun

To give everyone time to progress without the server being speedrun in two days, dimensions have scheduled unlocks:

  • Nether: disabled until October 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.
  • End: disabled until October 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

Resource worlds

Resource worlds are not needed yet and may remain disabled until November or December, depending on how quickly the main world is looted.

World size

The world starts with a 10,000-block radius, with these expansions planned:

  • 15,000-block radius: January 1, 2027 at 12:00 PM EST.
  • 20,000-block radius: April 1, 2027 at 12:00 PM EDT.

Further expansions will follow if needed.

Homes

Home limits have been adjusted in favor of Lumistones:

  • Player: 2 homes.
  • Glow Squid: 4 homes.
  • Allay: 8 homes.

Features

  • Removed Slimefun.
  • Added Drugs.
  • Added Best Auction (/ah).
  • Added Tome of Echoes.
  • Added Lumistones.
  • Vehicles are planned to arrive over the next week. ;)
