Exploring with the world map

Read the map

The server's web map shows a rendered view of the world. Open the Luminara world map, select a world if offered, and navigate toward the place you want to inspect. A top-down view helps with routes; a 3D view helps explain terrain and large builds.

Map visibility can depend on the world and enabled layers. A missing player icon or marker does not prove that the player or location is absent in game.

Plan an expedition

Compare the map with your in-game coordinates. Identify roads, water crossings, and a return route before taking a vehicle or animal group far from home. A rendered view can lag behind recent building changes.

The map is an orientation tool. It does not activate waystones, reserve land, or authorize access to someone's build. Inspect claims in game before settling nearby.

If a world or layer seems unavailable, check current community announcements and include the map world and coordinates in your report. Avoid guessing a destination from a stale screenshot alone.
